As a family of five, we were very pleased with the house. Everything was as described. The house is very quietly situated in a great location near the river. Communication with Dunvel worked great, she was available at all times and described everything in great detail. I especially liked the tomcat, who immediately took me into his heart😊. Very nice house, good location close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Plan for an additional cost for energy expenses (€120 for 3 days) in the rental of the house with pool. Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not used (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this area of Morbihan.

Fantastic location, amazing sea views. The weather wasn’t excellent so the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The house is large and spacious with a fantastic living, kitchen and dining space.

Excellent stay at Nicolas's. Responsive and accommodating host. The proximity to Pont Aven is a big plus. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Well maintained garden. House very well-equipped with dishes and clean. We would come back without hesitating!

We had a great time in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, no noise with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

Small accommodation sufficient for 2 people. Well laid out in kitchen and bathroom equipment. Beaches and walks by the sea on foot, very quiet, bikes are a plus to visit.

For the third time, we returned to this special place, where we immediately feel at home, with beautiful bird recitals, a wonderful beach between the cliffs and from the garden a view of the beautiful ocean as an extra. We are always warmly welcomed. Everything has been thought of, you will not be short of anything here

A little piece of paradise immersed in a very rich nature, ideal for observing terns and other birds in the area! This very pleasant house, with large volumes, allows you to have a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting thanks to its breathtaking view in every room. A very cozy living room, summer and winter, open to a garden rich in biodiversity. Nancy was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times and gave very good advice for discovering the local fauna and flora. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon 🙂

Favorite for this accommodation, chosen for its location, positive reviews, old stone effect and jacuzzi. Bike path and hiking trails nearby. The weather was really mild. Shops nearby. House with all the comforts you need, including appliances, top bedding and barbecue available. Tiphanie informed us about the hikes, we followed her recommendations and were not disappointed at all. We'll be back

Easy to access and yet a total change of scenery, the accommodation is as described, clean, the view splendid, the place is quiet and rejuvenating. We found everything useful for daily life nearby (small shops or shopping center), the road to Lorient is very good. A perfect break to disconnect from everyday life!

Great welcome, the hosts are very friendly and proactive in the proposals for discoveries corresponding to our tastes. The house is very nice, very comfortable, and in pristine condition upon arrival. Very good bedding. The location is great: access to the coast 20 m away, very quiet street, Port Louis and Lorient accessible very easily. We had a very pleasant and refreshing week with family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 teenager).

A home that met our expectations and much more! In a peaceful, authentic environment and with many walks nearby. Everything is available in this home, and much more, like the many games and books, which delighted our 3-year-old daughter. The house is perfectly equipped to ensure a pleasant stay, with neat decoration, fully equipped kitchen. The view of the Gulf was a real favorite.
