Rosa and her husband are the gorgeous hosts. The place is a wonder: the house and its location are perfect for those of us who are looking for tranquility and to disconnect. I have already chosen the Llosa de Fombona two years in a row for my vacation.. I will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay, and only wish we had time to stay longer. The hosts were amazing!! And the views and countryside ambiance were perfection. The hosts made wonderful recommendations for eating and hiking nearby; they even generously started us a fire on a cool evening. The apartment was humble, but perfectly clean, well equipped, and had modern amenities. The beds were so comfortable and clean. Perfect! I was also able to work in both the apartment and a beautiful sun room on the main property. Wifi was sufficient for me to work remotely. 10/10 would recommend to others, and I hope to someday return!

Maria is an excellent host, very good communication and always attentive to any need we had. The accommodation is spectacular, tastefully decorated, quiet and very pleasant. The surroundings and views are beautiful. This is a great place to relax and unwind. 100% recommended.

We went for a weekend, and choosing this place couldn't have been more successful! I think the house is perfect, both in terms of aesthetics and performance. Nacho and Patricia's treatment and welcome are spectacular! Adapting to our schedules and caring, even when we gave 10 minutes' notice before we wanted to eat something from their bar! Beautiful little house at the foothills of the Picos de Europa, in a very quiet hamlet. Neat, tidy, picturesque, with all the necessary amenities. Very close to the Bulnes funicular and trails. Be mindful of the narrow streets and ways and limited parking. Everyone in our party was similarly pleased. Juanjo was very helpful.

Wonderful stay in beautiful nature.

Noelia is a fantastic host. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. She immediately arranged a brand new one the following day, meanwhile she arranged for us to put our stuff in the fridge next door. The location was perfect for surfing, Ribadisella and Vega beach close by. Also mountain walking in Picos at your doorstep. The house has a perfect lay-out. Cosy and warm with enough wood for the fire place. The only ‘small’ drawback was the many smelly sticks with (in my opinion) horrible stink throughout the house. But we immediately put those outside. Thanks Noelia. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime.

This unit is one minute up the road from La Montana Magica in the village of El Allende. It is a spacious rental that is peaceful and up in the mountains. It is a nice rental if you are looking for something that is rural and more private. Make sure you bring things like paper towels and bottled water as there were not many 'extras' as this is a mountain rental. I enjoyed my time here - it is about 40 minutes from Covadonga and the entrance to the Lakes of Picos de Europa portion of the national park.

one of the most beautiful towns and areas we have ever visited. Beautiful well appointed accomodation. modern and tastefully decorated with lots of extra touches. This is an interesting and peaceful place. we loved it! The cows downstairs were quant, but the farmer a bit noisy with music. the surrounding mountains and landscape is prescribe and awe inspiring. This is the place to go if you want to get away from the crowds and bustle. The town is impeccable and the rustic houses beautiful.

A beautiful house in the mountains, the place is surrounded by nature, it is wonderful to disconnect and be at peace. The house has everything: to cook, to watch TV, to shower and bathe, to have breakfast outside with stunning mountain views, heating and hot water that works very well. Elena was very kind from the start and explained everything we needed. To repeat, without a doubt.

A perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature. The house is exactly as described in the listing, with photos true to reality. Access to the village, although challenging due to the steep ascent, is quiet thanks to the good road infrastructure. Upon arrival, we are presented with breathtaking landscapes, both from the house and around the village, which enchant at every look. The host was extremely attentive, always available and quick to answer our questions. Although there is no fixed internet and the mobile signal is almost nonexistent in the house, this proved to be a positive point for us. We were prepared and brought music and movies, which gave us a special and disconnected Christmas, taking full advantage of the moment and the magical place.

Without a doubt, if we can, we will go back 200%, one of the best deals I had with airbnb, 10 for the environment, 10 for the house, 12 for the owner, very very good, very grateful for everything.

The house is spectacular, it has a balcony with incredible valley views. Highlight the stone fireplace and the BBQ. Cozy and spacious, we had all the kitchenware and firewood. Alberto provided us with instructions by message and there was no loss. We were so comfortable that we will repeat for sure!

We were very comfortable. The house is beautiful and very cared for, with many details and very tastefully decorated. The area is perfect for disconnecting, lounging or hiking. We loved the fireplace and the kitchen very comfortable and with everything you need. Despite being in November we have not experienced any cold in the house. The village is very nice and very quiet, you only hear the murmur of the river and the eagles. Susana's mom welcomed us, and it was a love. They've been very friendly

The house was beautiful, situated in a quiet, peaceful, rural haven. It is well equipped with everything you could want for a stay, and very comfortable. The drive up through the village is no problem and there is good parking right next to the house. Jamie was a great host. Very friendly and responsive, good ideas for things to do and very helpful information generally. We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a lovely stay, tucked away from the usual tourist path. Most importantly, we absolutely loved the hosts. They welcomed us with a pour of cider they brewed themselves in their shed, and it truly felt like coming home to your Spanish aunt and uncle’s house. The accommodations were great — a clean, well-kept space with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. There’s free parking right next to the house, which made things easy. Heads up: the drive there can be a little confusing. You’ll probably feel like the GPS is taking you the wrong way, but just trust it and keep going. The road winds up a mountain to a tiny village at the top, and it’s worth the trek. The only real downside was that there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance. But it was a short drive to nearby towns with great food options. This is a perfect spot if you want to get off the beaten path and experience a more local, authentic side of Spain.

It is a beautiful village house, renovated and well maintained and it was also very clean. We loved its interior, tastefully decorated, and its exterior in a very charming and quiet village. The children have played in the meadows, super happy.

A great place! Wonderful view of the mountains. Lots of private feeling because the house is completely free. Beautiful bedrooms, good beds, kitchen with all the necessities. Beautiful patio with umbrella to have a drink or enjoy the view. Really a top location!

Charming little house in the countryside, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. It is renovated and tastefully and functionally decorated, but also retains old and traditional elements that made the experience authentic. Clara gave us many recommendations for nearby walks (the location is ideal for exploring that part of Asturias), but spending time in the house playing board games or just looking at the countryside were great plans in themselves. An excellent stay, we highly recommend it!!

Overall the property was everything we expected with good excess to the exceptional beaches in the area. Also the hike located on the mountain behind the house gave a great view of the coastline. The property provides excellent value for the money.

We loved the house and location. Everything we needed was there - thank you! It might be worth guests knowing how very steep the roads are in the village.
