Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Einzelbett, 2 Matratzen auf dem Boden und ein Schrank. Vollausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Kaffeezubereitung. Waschmaschine (im Keller) steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Langfristige Buchungen sind möglich. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Sie wurde 2021 fertiggestellt und bietet in offener Bauweise einen Wohnbereich mit Essplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Schlafbereich und ein Badezimmer. Die 34m² große, helle Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Alle Fenster gehen zum begrünten Innenhof und sorgen für viel Licht. Elke und Stephan wohnen auf dem Anwesen und betreiben die Schreinerei Stephan Schäfer.
