Spacious, light filled apartment is located in Frechen, a relaxed satellite town 8 km west of the city of Cologne. 8 minutes on foot to the supermarkets ALDI and Netto. 25 minutes drive to the cathedral city center, A1 and A4 connections and the cities of Bonn, Düsseldorf, Leverkusen and Aachen can be easily reached by car in 30-45 minutes.

The cottage, which is independent of our house (we live right next door), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. Quiet garden with seating. 6 min to the train station. 20 min to the city center. The kitchen is only suitable for smaller cooking activities as there is no exhaust fan. That's why there's only one ceramic hob.
