Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. A beautiful apartment located right at the center of town with a view of the big church, Halllgrimskirkja. A variety of cozy restaurants and cafes just steps away and all the cities major attractions within walking distance. For guests who will not be renting a car, a pickup point for excursions is also conveniently located just around the corner. Fun fact, the house is designed by the locally re known architect Godjon Samuelsson, who also designed the church Hallgrímskirkja : )

Wonderful apartment down town with free parking

I want to welcome you to my private home down town Reykjavik. It is a wonderful apartment, newly renovated with the best kitchen in Reykjavik, a double room and a double sleeping couch. From my home you walk 150 m and you are at Harpa, the concert hall in Reykjavik, National theater - 150 m. Still very quiet and good neighbors. You can use my parking in the garage and there is a elevator to take you up to the apartment.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
