Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. The owner lives in the house. In a suburb of Mainz, approx. 6 km from the center of Mainz and approx. 8 km from Wiesbaden. The apartment is well connected to the public transport network, bicycle rental station and within walking distance of shopping. Mombach train station is 500 meters away. In summer, it is possible to share the courtyard area. The apartment is fully equipped. The size of the apartment is 45 square meters.

A few minutes walk from Mainz main station, this place to stay is in close proximity to wine bars, restaurants and other shops that invite you to linger. Since there is no window, the unit is only suitable for short overnight stays in Mainz. Total air conditioning and ventilation makes the stay very comfortable. WiFi is not available yet. The discount stores are open until 10 pm and even after that there are still kiosk sales spots

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
