One of the few options in the region with an exclusive parking space covered in the building itself. The access to the apartment is by stairs, it is on the 2nd FLOOR. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans, heaters, and windows with film and solar blinds in the living room. In a 10-minute walk, you will be at Shopping Curitiba and also at Hospital Pequeno Príncipe. In a 5-minute walk, you will be at the Arena do Athletico.
