Great for relaxing by the pool or having drinks on your private patio. Often from your patio you can spot monkeys playing on the golf course.

It is a safe neighborhood that is central but very quiet. For larger parties there is also a studio apartment on the property that can be rented increasing the total occupancy potential to 5 persons. The studio has a king bed and a futon. It is called Footsteps to the Beach.
