Our beautiful treehouse was made with the utmost respect for the surrounding nature, overlooking a beautiful pond and with a large private outdoor space. Built with beautiful materials, the exterior has been made with old pine boards coming from very old dismantled chalets in the Pyrenees. The roof is made of cedar shingles that give a very natural look by merging perfectly with this beautiful nature. Our cute cabin can accommodate two people You will spend the night in a large 160 cm bed very welcoming and ultra comfortable. When you arrive the bed is already made, the sheets, duvet, blankets and pillows are present. A toilet of course dries, a small sink provides drinking water at room temperature. Toilet towels are at your disposal. In winter you can enjoy a pleasant and gentle warmth thanks to the small wood-burning stove that crackles at the foot of the bed. Everything is on site, the small firewood, the logs, the fire lights, the matches... Electricity is provided by solar panels installed on the property for the lighting and charging of mobile phones. In the small fridge drinks are available at no extra charge. In the morning around 8am, a delicious breakfast is served on the terrace. We come discreetly so as not to wake you up but do not delay in taking possession of them because the squirrels are there and they should not leave with the pastries;-) During the summer period you can enjoy the pretty terrace that overlooks the pond where duck, herons, water turtles and other water birds rub shoulders and have your breakfast among this beautiful nature. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, it is recommended to leave the curtain open in order to admire many small animals coming to eat in the small feeder on the window 50 cm away from you, the squirrels come as soon as sunrise and the birds throughout the day. A list of a few restaurants in the village is available if you want to eat in the evening as well as photos with the names of the small animals often encountered in the woods. In short, everything is done to make you have a beautiful experience and a sweet night in the heart of nature.

It's a real haven of peace. Inside, the space consists of a double bed, a small extra kitchen, and a sitting area that will allow you to sit down for tea or devour a novel. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this charming chalet. Our teenagers were glad that Wifi was working well. There are many outdoor activities around the chalets such as Ping-Pong tables and a basketball court. We enjoyed hiking from the chalet to the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne. BBQ is not allowed but the kitchen is well equipped.

We loved this place. Communication went smoothly, and the late check-in was no problem – everything worked perfectly. Particularly attentive was that the hosts not only had the beds already prepared, but also had the sofa bed made up due to our lack of time. So we could arrive directly and just fall into bed. The place itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. The check-out also went smoothly – thanks to the clear instructions, it was immediately clear how the apartment should be left. We would book this place again anytime and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Lovely to stay in Sara's cottage. We stayed an extended weekend with our boys of 3 and 5. At a distance of 15m there was a playground. So they had a great time there. In the neighbors we went to an animal park, drove a train, a visit to la Roche... our kids loved this. The cottage itself is very basic, cozy and clean. Sara is smooth and pleasant in communication. Definitely worth coming back again 🌈

Its a beautiful cabin on a hillside with a wonderful view and garden. The location is absolutely great, there is a path i to the nearby forests right by the house and the surrounding nature is amazing. The cabin itself was very cozy, with a kitchenetten and fridge you can use for cooking. The only issue perhaps would be related to the wifi, the signal strength seemed very weak and not really useable. All in all I would really recommend staying here, the area is great and the place is worth the price.

Comfortable house in very good location and with formidable views from living room and kitchen. There were two of us in the third week of April. House looked bigger in the pictures, but not too bad. Very comfortable for the two of you. La Roche-En-Ardenne was not yet completely open, but still had a nice dinner on a weekday evening. From Friday (and in the sun; we had rain) this nice town comes to life. For both the history lover (local war museum recommended) and the hiker excellent base. TV with streaming services and chromecast was very nice. Some tips: the advertised toiletries (shower supplies) were not a big deal and no hand soap in the kitchen and toilet. Kitchen and guest towels are not included in the towel package. In La Roche, there is a great supermarket within walking distance. Had a great time!
