Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for visiting his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All with a very nice and large swimming pool, heated. The house is well-decorated, very well-equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. Shops are numerous and varied, a little over 5 minutes' drive away. Thanks to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm hosting!

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

The accommodation matches expectations, it is very good. It is particularly well equipped for activities (between foosball, billiards, swimming pool, petanque, tennis court, etc.).

A place full of charm, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. The views are beautiful and the environment peaceful. Special mention for the welcome: warm, discreet and very kind. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and all your attention, the cake, the little surprises… we were really touched. I highly recommend this place and will return without hesitation!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house which disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.

Very short stay, nevertheless very good welcome in this charming accommodation tastefully renovated combining the old and the modern with a lot of harmony. Very clean, no complaints. Our hosts were there to welcome us and for our departure, very pleasant.

We didn't get the chance to meet Jocelyne and her husband but their friend who greeted us was lovely. The property is beautiful, we were able to dine outside and enjoyed the coolness in the house. Jocelyne regularly checked in with us. We are delighted with our stay in the Perche which is a beautiful region. The new restaurant in Réveillon (Sauge) is worth discovering, especially the bistro formula at lunchtime.

Very good hosting by Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic place. The garden is beautiful and very well furnished. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

Very pleasant stay of a few days in this cottage, perfectly located for discovering the Perche. A very clean cottage, well equipped for a family, located in a building whose garden overlooks fields as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy the sun all day, in absolute calm, interrupted from time to time by the crowing of the rooster. For the happiness of children (as well as adults), animals are there, close but discreet, but I won't say more... not to mention the family jacuzzi sessions and the crazy football games with Louis, who is so kind, and Voyelle, a dog of incredible sociability, very affectionate, and who accompanied us throughout our stay. An exotic and soothing place!

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and very well appointed house. The host was particularly responsive in answering any questions. There were 5 of us for this stay and it was very good. For the mezzanine room, you don't have to be too big, but it's cute. Yohann can't help it, but not too much 4G/5G network, but wi-fi is available... I recommend this beautiful place to those eager to recharge their batteries and spend a quiet time in the beautiful Perche countryside. Thanks

We had a great weekend at Sylvie and Antoine's place. Beautifully furnished accommodation, very clean, we didn't want for anything. We enjoyed a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden, also walks around the accommodation. Great location for visiting the area. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We stayed just one night for an evening planned in the area, the house and the surroundings made us want to come back in the summer.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a wonderful Christmas party at this lovely home! The peaceful environment, the typical stone house with its wood burning stove, the deer visible every day at the edge of the forest was completely what we were looking for! Complete disconnection. Very good bedding, top kitchen equipment, nothing missing. We can only recommend Caroline's house which in addition is a very responsive and friendly host.

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

Very nice house, carefully decorated, quiet, very nice garden and a beautiful forest nearby. Hosts very responsive to messages, we had a lovely stay and will gladly come back.

We had a great family reunion at Estelle's. Despite the proximity to the road, the place is very quiet. The decor is great. The small inner courtyard is perfect for dinner or an evening aperitif. It's a very friendly place where we felt right at home. We had very good communication with Estelle, Elodie and Sandrine. We would recommend it without a problem.

Very charming little house in which there is everything you need to have a great time. Shops 5 minutes away by car. Parking available, very quiet environment and beautiful scenery!
