It has a kitchen and three sleeping rooms, a toilet and a bathroom and an entrance room. It is a quiet place, the windows are in the direction to the garden of the house. The Therme-Wien is 15 minutes away with the subway U1.There are three supermarkets, four restaurants in the area. It is only possible to access the apartment by walking stairs, it is on the first floor.
