Garden studio K1 - small and fine

Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

Perfect, private location above Reil (Reilerhals)

This a large and spacious house located on top of the hill overlooking Reil. The house has wonderful views below of the vineyards and river Mosel. Behind the house are forests. A quiet location that gives accessibility to walking in the area and with the village being a walk down through the vineyards. Please note there is not an electric charging point at the house to charge electric vehicles. If you wish to charge an electric car, please contact in advance to arrange the fee.

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Historic half-timbered house from 1570. This is our vacation home that we regularly stay in with our family. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need.
