The Daviana apartment is a 55 m² apartment with a bedroom with two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed, a small bathroom and an open kitchen with a living area and access to the terrace. The cozy industrial style makes the apartment practical and cozy. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the A6 and A8 highways, so you can reach Trier, Saarbrücken and Luxembourg in about 40-50 minutes. 15 km around is the site of Saarlouis, Merzig, Losheim.

On the terrace, a private Jacuzzi, now protected by privacy screens, offers you a relaxing moment in complete privacy, facing nature. You also enjoy direct private access to the garden. Upstairs, "la cabaña" awaits you with its TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) and its relaxation area with a hammock-style net. Escape and relaxation are the key words of this place

Rental always includes utilities, bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi Please remember to include ALL guests when booking. We often had bookings for 2 people who then suddenly showed up with 2 children. So please also include children of all ages when booking. Thanks.

Villa St. Nikolaus is an approximately 150 square metre terrace flat with private sauna, park and own entrance in the border triangle of France, Luxembourg and Germany. It is located on the ground floor of our two-storey villa. Individual luxury and absolute tranquillity offer relaxation during wonderful hikes and cycle tours. Numerous cultural and culinary delights await you in the region, France is just a stone's throw away.

Unique loft apartment in the heart of Saarlouis

Our cozy loft apartment was extensively renovated in 2021. It is about 60 m², with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a comfortable couch and smart TV. The sleeping area can be reached via a small staircase. Directly below is another bedroom, which has a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. Furthermore, there are two storage rooms where you can hang your laundry and store food.
