We really enjoyed the time we were there, very relaxing and quiet, really a top location! We want to thank Stephane very much for the hospitality and kindness! Definitely recommended!

We arrived at the cottage and immediately felt at home. Everything was as described or shown in the pictures. Marianna was always easily accessible and we felt more than comfortable and welcome. Our dog also felt very comfortable there; that you bring your own blanket for the dog is a matter of course for us and also that you cover the sofa, for example, if the dog goes on the sofa is absolutely understandable. The house is quietly located and we were very quickly in the forest with the dog (where even a few gnomes live). All in all, the stay was very relaxing and simply great for us. We will definitely book with Marianna again, because we have seen a lot in the last few days, but not all the sights in the area.

We had a super nice, extended weekend in Jordan's spacious house with a huge garden. The house was very clean and the communication with Jordan was super nice and he was always available for questions. Unfortunately, the lake nearby is currently not a swimming lake - but Jordan was able to offer a good alternative with the water hose and a paddling pool he brought along.

Upsides: Leslie was a friendly and responsive host, even though we didn’t meet in person. Check-in was smooth, and the house was spacious, warm, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi made it suitable for remote work, and the guitar was a fun touch. Downsides: The bed felt small for two and was made with a flat sheet and uncovered comforter, which I find uncomfortable. Foam pillows weren’t my preference. While not terrible, the bed setup just wasn’t to my taste—we didn’t ask for changes, though the host might have helped. Overall: We definitely recommend. Our two nights stay was rather short to enjoy the house, as we used it more like a hotel, we would recommend it for longer stays

We stayed with 5 friends for 2 nights in this accommodation. This is located in a fantastically quiet location on a mountain on the outskirts of the village with wonderful views. The entire system is very well maintained. Outside, in addition to many seating options, there are barbecue facilities, a fire bowl and a sauna. The apartment is very clean, and you can find everything you need there. The furnishings are upscale and all rooms are furnished to a high standard. We felt completely comfortable. Unfortunately, it was only 2 nights – we would have stayed longer. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the region. We hiked the dream loop of the Litern mountain peak tour. This was within walking distance of the property.

Was the nicest house I ever visited. Nice location totally quiet. You are alone relaxing outside in the garden. Don’t think twice . Wish to go back there soon .

Quiet, very quiet place. Sitting outside on different seats. Among other things, overlooking a meadow where there were even deer. Margaux, Benjamin as well as B. his father were really friendly and helpful. The house is old, so full of character, and equipped with a modern kitchen. And the house has many nice touches. in other words, we had a wonderful week and would love to come back.

Check in was very easy, Reinhard and Hildegard are very friendly and helpful. They responded very quickly to our questions. The house was very clean and useful. We would definitely recommend it for accommodation.

Wonderfully quiet place in a remote village. High in the sky, you may occasionally hear a plane, a car or tractor passing by, but otherwise mostly the birds. It is a very cozy wooden cottage, very solid, and that is mainly heated by the wood stove, where abundant wood is available that can be used, with tondel and small pieces of wood to get things going. Only in the two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) is electric heating, so you won't get cold. The living room area is a bit dark and could use some more lighting. There is no beautiful (not necessarily ugly) view, but the tranquility you have there is wonderful, although sometimes with the wrong wind you can hear the blows of a modern windmill. Not disturbing otherwise. Next to the door is a typical German restaurant and not bad, but also not 'haute cuisine' of course, for that we have other cities in the world. Without a car, far from amenities. Great!
