Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Regional Municipality of Durham

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Jim & Cindy were fantastic hosts who were very helpful and communicated very well with us throughout the whole stay as we needed. my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

Great place. Great location. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to everything we needed. Everything about this apartment met our needs. The backyard patio set was a nice feature and we enjoyed having meals outside.

I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. She is also such a great person herself, she will not let you down. A million thank yous Natalie 🥰

The place was incredibly, it felt like my own house. Plus, the decore of the house was really amazing. The locality is also nice, everything is close to the house. On the top of that what I liked was that all the utensils for cooking were provided for us.I would visit there again. I would recommend everyone to reserve this apartment for your stay.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

Meherun’s place was great and exactly as presented in the ad. She’s a very accommodating, friendly, trusting, and respectful host. The two of us stayed here for ~3 months, and the basement is spacious, modern, well furnished, well lit, and comes with a separate, private entrance. It has everything you need for long stays - modern appliances, like a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dish washer, washer and dryer, and a SmartTV. Two bedrooms, one with a desk I used for work-from-home and the other with a full walk-in closet. Comfy queen beds in both. Bathroom has a large shower, and modern vanity with a fancy Bluetooth mirror. The neighbourhood is nice with a paved trail near by for walking or biking. Close drive to the 401 from Salem, where there’s many stores, including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and restaurants. We will definitely think of staying here again the next time we’re around.

The basement-apartment was very spacious with 2 decent sized bedroom and a full kitchen. The quiet location was excellent, the house was extremely clean, and Arun was a very responsive host! It was a great experience for me and my family.

We had a lovely stay at Anuheas. It was a perfect spot to relax. Will stay here again.

Edwina’s place was a very cosy, peaceful and super clean place. We loved the outside environment as well will a beautiful view. Also Edwina responded very quickly in case we needed anything during our stay.

This cozy basement apartment was perfect for a girls weekend trip to therma spa! Really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was very well stocked! Friendly host and great communication! Would definitely stay again!

This place was so nice to stay at. It’s super worth the money I paid. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really comfortable too. It’s close to grocery stores and there are walkable restaurants downstairs also. The hosts were also very helpful! I would 100% consider staying here again.

Very nice spot. Go Train is very close. Only takes 1 train to get to downtown. Many restaurants around and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage is super great considering how difficult it is finding parking in the region. Great all around experience. Would recommend !

I stayed at Marika's for a month and she was very responsive and accommodating. We had a few conversations during my stay, and I found her to be friendly and genuinely concerned for my well-being. The living room/bedroom combination is private, but the rest of the space is not. However, that was not a problem. I would definitely stay there again, if need be, and would recommend Marika and her place to others.

Fantastic host and location! Will definitely rebook when I visit my family during the holiday season.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host Jay was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which made a big difference after a long journey. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
