Tá nogle dage ud af kalenderen og nyd det simple liv på dette fredelige og helt centralt beliggende sted, med udsigt mod Nordens største trælade. Loftsværelset er lyst og rummeligt og med adgang via baghusets værksted. Byhuset er beliggende ca. 200m fra hovedgaden og under 10 min’s gang til vandet. Der er super cykel/MTB ruter i området og cykler kan stå i den lukkede port. Wc/bad og tekøkken findes i hovedhusets baggang og benyttes tildels også af husets 2 beborere. Der kan spises i haven.

Really lovely holiday apartment in cozy and quiet surroundings. There are two parking spaces attached to the place. Wireless wi-fi in the apartment. Balcony and views are a chapter in themselves. Lots of shopping opportunities nearby as well as the opportunity for beautiful nature. Distances: Legoland 31 km., Lalandia 31 km., Givskud Zoo 37 km., Trapholt Museum 15 km., Kolding Storcenter 11 km., Koldinghus and Kolding center 12 km., North Sea 75 km., Esbjerg center 56 km. VERY CENTRAL LOCATION.

Update april 2025 *****improved bed ***** ——————————- Located center city in Fredericia. Lot´s of restaurants, waterfront and beach nearby You will have the entire place your self, as i´m only lending out my place when i´m out of town. My apartment is just 47m2. So dont expect a ball room with a lot of space around you. But its comfterble and cozy - hyggelig as we say in Danish.

Amazing Anneks-10 minute walk to everything!

Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located place. Technically part of a larger house but with its own entrance and total privacy. No kitchen facilities except for a small fridge/freezer and electric kettle but located just minutes from all attractions and shopping in any direction. Stairs leading to sleeping loft are quite steep and young children will need to be supervised.
