It is an apartment with independent access, it consists of a large bedroom with a wonderful panoramic view of the Carrizal River, enjoy being part of our jungle with incredible sunrises and unforgettable sunsets, air conditioning, bathroom, it also has a large study, a very nice space, it has armchairs, desk, bookcase, large screen, minibar, microwave oven, coffee maker, air conditioning, an ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries.

Spacious apartment with an excellent and safe location, WITHOUT parking. A few meters away you can find the Olmecas Baseball Stadium, UVM University, bars, restaurants of all kinds, pharmacies, 5 minutes by car from Plaza Altabrisa, supermarkets. 2 Queen size beds and 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, 5-stage reverse osmosis system to purify water, high-speed WiFi. Very comfortable!!
