Villa vacation rentals in Red Sea

Wir waren mit der Familie dort. Absolut tolles Haus und egal welche Frage oder Bitte ich an den Eigentümer hatte, 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Antwort oder er hat sich selbst um alles gekümmert. Wir empfehlen ein „GolfCar“ mit zu mieten (hat er auch für uns gemietet) ! Zum einkaufen 🛒oder zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 🦶 ca 30 Minuten…. Mit dem Car kann am Strand 🏝️ gefahren werden, ca 10 Minuten. Tolle ruhige Lage mit Paradiesischem Strand 🏖️ absolute Weiterempfehlung !! Zum tauchen empfehlen wir „Orca Tauchbasis“. Auch erwähnenswert: auf den QR Code den ihr vom Vermieter bekommt, gibt es auf fast alles 10 - 20% Nachlass, Zugänge in allen Hotels zum Essen oder Gym (gegen Bezahlung ). Gym hat ein neues aufgemacht , kann auch kostenlos genutzt werden ( SportsArena). Wir kommen wieder ….

Très belle villa, bien situé, proche de tout avec un environnement très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We spent our Eid holiday at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa and had a fantastic experience! The place is very clean, cozy, spacious, and all on one level — perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The sea view is extraordinary, and enjoying sunrise and sunset from the roof was a highlight. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. The pool is right in front of the villa, and Mesca Beach is just a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Clear instructions and flexible check-in/out made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Mo est adorable et très réactif. Je vous conseille sa superbe maison, dans 1 magnifique cadre avec de belles villas à distance ce qui permet l’intimité. Le grand jardin et les extérieurs de la villa sont verts, fleuris, arborés, c’est très beau, la vue de la terasse est très agréable, et elle est équipée d’1 beau salon, et d’1 barbecue, nous avons vue sur la plage de sable car elle est à environ 100 mètres en y accédant par le jardin. La plage au sein de la baie est très jolie, équipée de transats et de parasols en quantité largement suffisante, avec 1 bar/restaurant bien sympa et pratique, il y a 1 balançoire, des bancs, 1 filet de volley, 1 douche etc. La baignade n’a pas trop de pente ni de fond sur les premiers 50/70 mètres : top, certains peuvent mettre des chaussures de mer pour les parties caillouteuses, snorkelling : depuis la plage nous avons 1 accès direct aux poissons et aux différents coraux qui ne sont pas loin, puis à la grande barrière de corail. قضينا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في منتجع محمد وكانت اوقات جميلة زادها جمال الموقع ومحتواه . يراودك الإحساس بانك في غابه جميلة بعيده عن الصخب والإزعاج ويعود السبب لحجم المنتجع الكبير وكثافة الأشجار وتعدد الحدائق الموجودة . روعة المكان انسجمت مع جمال الاثاث الموجود في الفلة واكتماله. شكراً للاخ محمد على طيب خلقه ومرونته وانا بأذن الله سوف اكون ظيفه في كل تواجد لي في مدينة الطايف .

ماشاء الله تبارك الله ،، من اجمل التجارب كان السكن في الفيلا ،، مرتبه وواسعة وفي غاية النظافة ومكتملة الخدمات والتجهيزات تشعر وكأنك في منزلك . والشكر موصول للمضيف الاخ محمد ، في غاية الادب والاحترام وسريع التجاوب.

Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

La villa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, grande, espaciosa y con todo tipo de comodidades. Tiene un jardín muy grande y una piscina maravillosa, perfecta para compartir con amigos. Las habitaciones son amplias y hay bastantes baños en la casa, lo cual resulta muy cómodo. El anfitrión muy agradable y atento en todo momento, facilitándonos todo lo que le pedíamos brevemente. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!

C’était un incroyable séjour, la villa correspondais à 100% à nos attentes. Tout était semblable au photo, l’hôte a été très réactif et flexible et nous a donner de nombreux contacts pour nous déplacer ou pour les commerces à proximité. I am very satisfied, the place was so clean and the house was so cute and the pool was clean and very big. The pictures don’t do justice for how nice the house is, it really is better in real life. I really recommend it, and the host was great, very responsive and friendly, he allowed early check in and late check out which was great since my family could sleep in more. I took my mother and siblings there and they were very pleased, they enjoyed the pool and we all wished to stay longer haha. The WiFi is good for simple things during the day but in the night it is a bit slow but nothing too bad. The whole process was smooth and if I’m ever back in Saudi for a vacation I’ll definitely go there again! :)

Проживали на вилле с семьёй из 4 человек. На вилле 3 комнаты, одна из них зал, совмещённый с кухней. Для проживания есть все необходимое: плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, телевизор, кондиционеры, кухонная утварь, постельные принадлежности, полотенца. На вилле можно разместить до 6 человек. Имеется бассейн, в котором могут плавать только гости виллы. Местоположение виллы на территории отеля Наама Бэй Тропитель. Рядом огромное количество магазинов, кафе, аптек и пр. Море находится в пару минут от виллы. Вход на пляж Тропитель будет стоить 200 фунтов с человека. Если пройти чуть дальше до Паблик бич, вход 50 фунтов. В целом отдых на вилле прошел великолепно. Все вопросы хозяин решал без замедления. Если возникнут вопросы, то лучше обратиться напрямую к хозяину, т.к. помощник не всегда владеет верной информацией.

The house is beautiful and feels like home - the owner invested in decorating and accessorizing the house to make you feel home not just a plain rental. Partment was very responsive either through texting or calling. We are very pleased with our experience- will definitely do it again.

Very nice place & host

I will book the property again, as the price of the property is reasonable for a big group of 14 people, but I felt that there was some misinformation in the marketing. Good points: Nayah's team is responsive and goes out of their way to make it enjoyable for you. They were cooperative as our bus driver did not arrive on time to let us stay at the property, and I tipped the Manager handsomely. The property is well looked after and very spacious, with 6 bedrooms, sleeping space for 14, and en-suites to all bedrooms. I paid the cleaning fee and more for the cleanliness of what I was asked for. Bad points: The whole club has failed, and the main swimming pool is off and does not work, so do not dream of swimming in the big pool in the pictures. I felt the manager tried hard to get more money out of me, which I felt was unhelpful.
