Lovely home with all needed amenities .. simple and elegant decorated and the location is at the middle of everything .. wonderful vacation and will repeat it at the same place next time

Nagyon gyönyörű a szállás, minden kifogástalan volt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenben. Minden könnyen megközelíthető. Legközelebb is ide fogok menni, ajánlom mindenkinek ! :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung toller Aufenthalt ich komme gerne wieder.

Es war einfach alles super! Die Villa ist zwar etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt, sauber und hat ihr Charme. Der Pool mit offenem Blick auf die Lagune, war einfach genial. Eine Hälfte des Pools ist geschätzt 1m tief und die andere 1,6m, was für Kinder super war. Der Pool war beheizt u d beleuchtet, so konnten wir egal wann reinspringen. Wir haben auch in der Lagune geschwommen. Hier wären Schwimmschuhe etwas besser gewesen, aber war auch kein Problem. Es gab im ganzen Haus nur einen Fleck auf einem Sofa. Die Koche ist ohne Geschirrspülmaschine, aber sonst voll ausgestattet. Viele Terrassen und Parkplatz für zwei Autos im Schatten und mehr in der Sonne direkt vor der Haustür.

赞赞赞！很香的民宿。 距离海边大概只要步行一分钟，而且晚上特别特别安静，睡眠质量超高。 刚来的时候给各个家具介绍得很详细，尽善尽美的room tour。 而且超级喜欢这个房间，沙发上有针织的彩色毯子。垫子很适合靠着，长时间靠着也不会腰痛。 家具排列整齐自然，富有美感。 特别是通风很好，有敞开的小院门和大落地窗，还很细心地加了蚊帐，在民宿没被蚊子咬过。风吹进来的时候，听着淡淡的白噪音被硬控了一下午，非常舒服。 民宿周围附近有很多猫猫狗狗，隔壁的隔壁还有养羊的。经常能看到。 老板也很好，提前准备了毛巾以外，还有可以用来在沙滩坐着的毯子。而且卫生纸资源充沛。有什么情况和老板说解决非常及时

Ray was a gent , very responsive and efficient. Ray has a house keeper named abdul whom is there at your every need ! Extremely attentive to your needs but on the flipside aware that your there for a break and doesn’t intrude unless instructed via a group chat . Absolutely brilliant. Can’t rate this air b and b enough !!! The pool was cleaned every morning to the minute ready for the kids to enjoy . We had a leaking tap and again within the hour Abdul had sourced a new tap and resolved the issue very quickly, again without any inconvenience to ourselves. In our opinion Ray and Abdul are a great duo . If we messaged Ray he responded instantly every time which is perfect if you have plans etc . Can’t say anything negative simply because there wasn’t! Definitely planning another visit as the general experience was great ! If you’re a first time visitor Ray also recommends eating spots and places to visit to make your trip as good as it can be. Fabulous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitham’s villa, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming messages made me feel right at home. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The villa's location—perfectly situated near entrance, a few menitus away from downtown and the marina, making it convenient to explore the area. The garden and pool were simply breathtaking! The lush greenery was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful oasis, while the crystal-clear pool was a refreshing retreat. Every corner was spotless, adding to the serene and inviting atmosphere. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Thank you Haitham, Your hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. I truly appreciate it and look forward to returning someday!

Nermine was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome, the home was clean and ready for our arrival. We would recommend this home to anyone and thank Nermine for all her work.

It was a great experience staying at Liana’s place. The apartment is cozy, beautifully furnished, and located within the Sheraton resort with direct access to the beach—a perfect combination for a relaxing getaway. Everything went smoothly during our stay. One of the highlights was the on-site handyman, who cleaned the apartment daily, making it feel like a hotel experience. However, we did run into a small issue: he kindly offered to wash our clothes, but unfortunately, he mixed colors and a few of our white items, including dresses, were stained red. Sadly, we had to leave them behind. Despite that, I strongly recommend staying here. The location, hospitality, and overall comfort make it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

We visited Luxor coming from the US and this spit was perfect. It's in the east bank side of Luxor where there are sites and places to see. You can walk and find food, groceries, cafes, and very close to the river to cross over. It's about a 30 minute drive to all the temples so plan accordingly. The home itself was spectacular and is stated just like the listing. Very clean and anything you need the host would communicate right away.

Max war ein herzlicher, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Dank ihm konnten wir tolle Ausflüge zu fairen Preisen unternehmen. Er hat sich stets darum gekümmert, dass es uns gut geht. Die Villa ist groß, geräumig und entspricht den Bildern. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Sauberkeit – sowohl bei den Handtüchern als auch insgesamt im inneren des Airbnbs gab es Luft nach oben. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und ein gutes Airbnb. Vielen Dank, Max!
