About the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils like a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (suitable for both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

Mauro was super kind, always answered us when requested, Mr. Genival (the caretaker) was the one who received us, also very helpful and attentive. Everything we need we were serviced. Nothing to discredit, only compliments.

Wonderful stay, impeccable apartment, extremely clean and organized, the view is simply PERFECT, excellent location, only compliments to make, I saw many comments saying the building is old and under renovation, it really is, but she warns in the description, but I don't see it as a problem. We had a wonderful experience at Gabriela's! From the first contact, she was extremely attentive, receptive and sensitive to the delicate situation we were facing. Even though it was a Friday holiday, and with our arrival late at night, she welcomed us with great affection and empathy, which made all the difference! The apartment was impeccable — clean, organized, with everything in perfect order — and we were even presented with a stunning view at dawn. We truly feel at home. In addition, all communication was very fluid and kind. Gabriela is an amazing host, and we are so grateful for all the attention and care she gave us. Our stay was very good! Leal's apartment matches the photos in the listing exactly and was clean and organized. Leal responded quickly to all our questions, gave us tips on where to go and eat, was polite and sought to resolve any complications. There is a very complete bakery about 10 minutes' walk from the place, which served us very well. The windows of the apartment isolate well the noises of the avenue. The partial view of the beach is beautiful, and the waterfront is a delight to walk and visit the kiosks/bars (bathing in the area is not recommended). We recommend the stay for leisure and work purposes.

There were four of us there for a few days. Three adults and one toddler. Beautifully located house with beach access. We had a very nice time there.

Huge and beautiful house. The downstairs room was a spectacle. There were 5 of us and it was much more than we needed. I don't feel like staying anywhere else in Olinda when I go with a large group. Very happy for the choice.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.
