Completely renovated house located near the village of Saint-Germain-du-Salembre. Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence
