Amazing place, super clean and peaceful location with extraordinary views from the room as well as balcony. Will definitely come back again.

We spend a lovely time here and it was very difficult to leave this place. Margo is always ready to help and answer any questions. The place was very clean and got all the equipment that we needed. My kids love it and ask to come back again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Yiqiong war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

ห้องตรงตามรูปภาพทุกอย่างค่ะ บรรยกาศดี สะดวกสบาย มีปัญหานิดนึงตอนเข้าพักคือแอร์ 2 ห้องเล็กไม่เย็น ถ้าแก้ไขเรื่องแอร์ได้จะดีมากๆเลยค่ะ มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Отличное жилье, прекрасный владелец. У нас была поддержка и помощь от Ванвисы - постоянно на связи. Само жилье очень уютное. Есть парковка для нескольких байков или 1ой машины. До пляжа ехать минут 15. Рядом есть большой магазин Лотус.

The house is very well located nice style, old house with big space, many rooms and right by the long beach. The housekeeper is friendly and makes me feel like at home with a group of friends . We had a good time there thank you so much.

Прекрасный дом с 4 спальнями и 5 ванными комнатами, небольшой бассейн с горкой, барбекю, посуда, бильярд, караоке, для нашей компании 10 человек, было просторно, каждый нашел чем заняться, несколько зон для фотографий, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, все очень уютно, легко заселились, так же легко выселились. Жилье больше подходит для приватных вечеринок или если вы на авто, находится в вилладже, где несколько типовых вилл. Все очень комфортно, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Perfect location. I have been in central pattaya before, but it was to crowded, to busy. This place was perfect, good food and good gyms were close. If you like to work, workout, and have some more night life 10-15 mins away from you, this is the perfect location. It also comes with a beautiful view of the sea ;)

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
