House is very nice and photogenic. Suitable for party 6-9 person, but no outdoor space. The owner is very nice and proactive, can ask for help all day. However, there is lack of amenities, ex soap, shampoo, kitchen utensils, etc. Need to bring it your own.

The house is clean, spacious, and very family friendly. 2 minutes by bicycle to the sea. Fully equipped I will definitely go again.

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

it's a very wonderful place to rent and i really appreciate the host allowed us to stay in there as she did and comedy that is so well and went out of her way to make us feel at home and you will never forget the kindness that you showed. the house itself is very large and she has provided many things that were not included in the listing to make us at home. we felt safe here.

Overall, everything was great. Lots to use in the way of cooking supplies, with both a western & local style kitchen. The place was as advertised matching the photos. The host was always responsive & her manager helped us out a lot. The place is just a short drive or a 15 minute walk from Mae Phim beach & we were able to get to all of our favorite places with ease. The downside for us was direct complaints made to us from one western family living in the neighborhood about us having brought our dog, but that was cleared up by the host & her team. If you do bring a dog, there is no fenced in area, so it is advisable to bring a long lead to hook around a tree, if your dog likes to be outside, when you are inside. We did that & never left her outside, when we were not at the house. The benefit of Mae Phim is dogs are welcome at the beach & most of our favorite restaurants. When we were outside with our dog the property is secluded enough by bushes that our pup stayed with us off lead.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice place off the beaten path to escape with friends and family.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

Jason and his wife were very accommodating. They helped us with any questions and requests we had. We are grateful that they welcomed dogs and that they had opened their home to us.

It was amazing, and the answer was no longer available. Pool right in front of you. For those who don't have a car, it's a good idea to have their way of transportation. He also arranged for the driver to be locally. The house was very pleasant to stay in. I don't have a rice cooker and cookware. You should check in advance if needed. Anyway, the host was super responsive. Thank you very much.😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Sharks House. We are provided with everything needed for our stay. My nephew and my son loved the pool very much. Ample space in the living area gave us a great opportunity to have great family time. Nice and very quiet neighborhood but safe. Very near the beach and many secret beaches for you to explore. Great restaurants are in driving distance. We would greatly recommend the place.

I love the house with clean and cozy rooms. And it's was a great to get to the clean beach this season of year but need little bit of walk to the beach. Thanks.
