We had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. The beds were super comfy, and the large sofa was perfect for relaxing and movie nights. The host's instructions for check-in and parking were clear and easy to follow, and he was quick to respond to any messages. We enjoyed it so much we even extended our stay! Would definitely recommend. There’s a Kaufland across the road which is very useful, it also has various food options, cooked fresh, like pizza and sushi. The host also spoke great English. Thank you for hosting us.

The PERFECT place for me to adjust to the long flight and seven hour time difference. I was able to sleep in the cutest, most adorable cottage. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, very quiet neighborhood. Super cute kitchen with everything needed for cooking and a wonderful grocery store less than two short blocks away. In the opposite direction, is the charming village filled with green parks, cafes, coffee houses, cute shops, a green grocer and more. The hostess was magnificent !! Kind, attentive, well organized. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful cottage. THANK YOU !!

We enjoyed our stay at Ivaylo's apartment with such beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. There was nearby shops which is very convenient. Communication with Ivaylo was easy and he was always responsive. They were also flexible with our late check out, so we are thankful for it. We highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing accommodation in Sofia. We will consider it again.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.
