Private entrance. On the ground floor of our family home, bursts of laughter or voices may reach you. Pool reserved for the family 30 minutes per day. Studio of about 21 m² upstairs 12 steps, in the owner's house, free parking lockable and lit at night, a varangue awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only at this place. Depending on the season, the banana tree, mango tree, cotton tree, papaya tree and of course the swimming pool all year round, minimum 23° in winter and 32° in summer. We give you priority at the swimming pool.
