Condo vacation rentals in Ravda

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is small and clean. It has everything you need to relax. Great location. Close to the sea, city center, transport. The hosts are hospitable and kind.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town. It's one of the few good apartments we found in the old town because most in the area are hotels. It's a huge one bedroom with a nice balcony. When in Nessabar, this is the perfect area to stay. It's in a quiet cobbled street in the old town. The balcony with sea view is amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and has everything we needed. Has a kitchen and a washer in the building. Host is friendly.

Zhivko minden kérdésre azonnal és szívesen válaszol. Nagyon jó házigazda! Mindig rendelkezésre áll. A szálláshely minden igényt kielégített, és a leírásnak tökéletesen megfelel. Minden a képeknek megfelelő. Neszebár óvárosa nagyon szép hely, ahol nagyon sok finom helyi étterem van. Biztosan fogok még ide látogatni.

Where to start, right from booking the apartment (5 week stay) Angie was right there to help, any questions or queries we had were answered immediately,She even arranged our return taxis. The local knowledge she shared helped us enormously. The apartment was super clean (and I'm fussy) and very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony is not overlooked a 360 view of the sea and beach, it offer's Sun and shade,with gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Ravda has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops and only a short bus ride to the waterpark and the old town of Nessebar. Should we return to Ravda we would definitely book Angie's apartment without hesitation.

Очень понравилось местоположение квартиры: до пляжа меньше 5 минут пешком и недалеко от главной улицы Равды с ресторанами и магазинчиками. Дом находится в тихом месте, вам не помешает музыка или другие шумы. У дома закрытая территория с бассейном и детской площадкой для малышей. За бассейном хорошо следят, чистят регулярно. Около бассейна есть лежаки и зонт. Хозяин квартиры помог организовать трансфер из аэропорта и очень быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Приятно было по приезду увидеть на столе фрукты и бутылку вина. В квартире есть все необходимое. Посудомойки нет, но для нас это не было проблемой. Очень порадовал хороший напор воды в ванной и на кухне. Кондиционер только в гостиной. Мы отдыхали с детьми, которые спали на диване. Он не очень удобный и взрослым там спать будет некомфортно. Для детей вполне сойдет. На кровати матрас хороший, не слишком жёсткий, но и не продавливается сильно. В целом остались хорошие впечатления от квартиры. Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство!

Квартира Тани гораздо больше, чем мы ожидали и даже лучше, чем на фотографиях. Очень уютная и просторная, имеет длинный балкон (куда можно выйти из любой комнаты), который выходит на детскую площадку, что было очень удобно - наши дети гуляли, а мы за ними могли наблюдать. Двор чистый и уютный. Два мощных кондиционера очень хорошо справлялись с жарой. Таня - отзывчивая хозяйка и очень приятная женщина!!!

Престоя беше чудесен:) Като започнем от комуникацията : Мирена отговаря бързо, обяснява подробно и е дружелюбна. Също е много разбирателна! Мястото е точно като на снимките - красиво, чисто, подредено и близо до плажа и магазинчета. Има всичко нужно( дори малко повече ) - кухненски уреди/пособия, осигурени базови подправки/оливерник, различни възглавници, … Мога да препоръчам без да се замисля:)

Foarte frumos complexu, avea 3 piscine foarte multe șezlonguri si baldachine,foarte curat,am stat 4 zile din 6 la piscină ,garsoniera nu este foarte mare,e exact ce trebuie ,curată, gazda foarte de treabă si am comunicat foarte ușor cu el...este la 10 min de mers pe jos la plaja si la 5 minute de centru stațiuni,in zonă liniștită, recomand

Много приятен апартамент, всичко беше чисто, подредено, ново. Имаше всички необходими удобства и уреди. Домакините бяха приветливи и добронамерени. Приемат и домашни любимци, за което заслужават допълнителна звездичка към отзива. Определено много ни хареса.

Отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин. Апартаменты и их расположение понравилось. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. В квартире было все необходимое. Сам комплекс тоже очень понравился, так как удобное расположение и от моря недалеко. Место, куда хочется вернуться ещё не раз!

My new favorite Airbnb! The apartment is great, it has a nice space, nice balcony and views. I could easily live there, I really loved it. Internet is perfect for working. 5 minutes walk to the beach and the bus stops. Ravda center is also in a walking distance. The bus takes like 15 minutes to get to Nessebar and like 25 minutes to Sunny beach. The buses passing by also go to other cities nearby. It’s a great place at a great location. Darina's family is the nicest ever. They are my favorite people ever, I will actually miss them. They live a few buildings away and they helped me with anything I needed. I truly hope I can come back. Thank you so much for everything!

S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojný. Celý komplex bol veľmi pekný a čistý. Mária bola perfektný hostiteľ. Radi sa vrátime do tohto ubytovania keď ešte niekedy navštívime Sunny Beach.

Жилье находится на территории большого комплекса есть бассейны . На улице достаточно места для бесплатной парковки с этим проблем не возникло . В целом уютный номер чтоб остаться на пару дней . Их приятного есть чай и кофе , а также хозяин позаботился о мелочах которых часто нехватке в таких кондоминимумах. Есть соль ,перец и даже растительное масло, чтоб вам как гостю было комфортно и не нужно идти покупать это все и вы можете приготовить себе завтрак ) Окна выходят не в центр двора где бассейны и это большой плюс ,так как в летний сезон там будет очень шумно . Есть отличный баллончик со столиком и стульями где можно расслабиться и отдохнуть ) Нам в целом все понравилось особенно подкупить мелочи о которых написали выше ) Остановились бы ещё раз )

Cena do oferty była adekwatna . Na terenie były dwa baseny z których można korzystać . Droga do plaży była przyjemna. Polecam ten nocleg.

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Gregory is an exceptionally welcoming and lovely person. He was always available for everything we needed. Before we arrived at the apartment as well as during our stay, we had a great communication with him. We were impressed by his energy, kindness, and warm attitude. The greatest advantage of the apartment is the view. It has two balconies. One is on the east with a view to the sea and the swimming pool, and another one is on the west with a view to the sea, to the restaurant Cactus and to the street. The sea view is not frontal, it`s side, but it doesn’t make it any less impressive. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It`s equipped with everything needed for a pleasurable and relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi connection. The beach is below the level of the building, and it takes only 2 minutes to get down to it. This is heavenly place.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).
