Sanket is a great host. Even before we arrived, he coordinated well and helped us reach the place easily. The place is clean and located in a peaceful location. Sanket made sure we were comfortable, and provided everything we requested for. Would highly recommend this place for a stay.

It was a great stay and host is very kind and talkative. felt like i am staying at my own home. food was very delicious. experienced real taste of kokani homemade food. stay was very clean and has all amenities as mentioned. it was very satisfying experience.

We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. Great place, great view and great host. :)

Felt at home. Had stayed with my parents and kids there and all were really happy to b at this place . The Courtyard, clean rooms , fully equipped kitchen, and proximity to the bhatye beach all made the place n stay memorable. May be the price was bit high due to weekends, but i din't mind because the quality time spent with family in a homely atmosphere. Own vehicle wil be better to reach here and property is bit inside the residential area. Home cooked food is also available on request, and wil be provided at home by caretaker. Overall good stay option for families..

Super Host, Always ready to help. Goes an extra mile to support customers. I strongly recommend this place for a Home like experience. Does not have a fancy setup but gives you a home like feeling. Big groups can easily enjoy the terrace for fun and games. Liked it thoroughly.

We had a wonderful stay! Chiplun is our native place, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautifully designed and well-maintained home nearby. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, and the thoughtful design made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The important thing was the stay is pet friendly.. my pet - Bagheera enjoyed the stay and was free to roam the entire property. Thank you for providing such a relaxing and memorable experience will surely recommend others and will visit next time!

Really liked this property. it's way bigger than what it looks in the photos. Location is pretty good, multiple good restaurants are very near. lift and car parking is available which is a plus point. Overall I will recommend this place to everyone.

Had the pleasure of spending 1 night and 2 days at 'TerraKot Farmhouse'. Definitely, one of my most grand homestay experience. Great view, Great Place & Great Service !!! A huge hall, 3 bedrooms with attached balconies, a small Library; a valley-facing deck, swimming pool, open area to enjoy breakfast and nice walking/hiking spots. In short, a bit for everyone. The view from the deck was the highlight of the place for me. The local delicacies prepared by the warm locals with fresh and organic vegetables made the experience even better. It was a true "farm to table" experience !! All said, dont expect a 5 star property; expect an occasional visitor (like a lizard-spider); Wear & tear due to environmental elements are visible (on door/windows); Also be prepared to be intimidated by the Silence & darkness of nature. Truly A GEM of a place in the middle of nowhere, waiting to be explored. Thanks Ashwini for the hosting us. Hoping to visit again for another mesmerizing experience !!

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Dhanajay). He helped to park our vehicle and gave good guidance to visit places. The owner was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambiance. Service is outstanding and wonderful. Room ,washroom everything is neat and clean. Food was also very testy, I m fully satisfied. A perfect weekend stays for family and friends with coozy rooms, wonderful mango valley, sourunded by nature, beautiful village. You can visit old Shiva temple, old school, beautiful village by walk. Beaches also there within 5 min. ride. I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely want to come back to this place again Thank you, Dhanajy sir, for being a nice host.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The riverside property is peaceful, scenic, and exactly as shown in the photos—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s easy to find and away from the city chaos. Mr. Sitaram and his family were incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive and ready with great local recommendations. Even in his absence, his daughter ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or travelers looking for peace and comfort!

We are a family of four and we stayed at this home for a weekend, and it was a very cozy, comfortable stay. The place is located close to the sea, and amidst nature, in Ganpatipule, and there is a pretty little garden as well... There was a caretaker at all times who was very hospitable, and Mr. Mahesh was very warm and friendly and provided us with good tips for local sightseeing and travel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cozy and well kept.. there's facilities to wash clothes, kitchen is well equipped and one can easily stay even for a long period of time. We were very well taken care of at the home. Thank you!
