Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Rasnov

My wife and I loved our stay at Radu's Apartment in Brasov. What really sold it to us was how it came with a parking spot located in the parking structure right next to the apartment. It was so convenient to park our rental car and then be right at the apartment. The apartment is located right next to a large marketplace and just minutes away from old town Brasov. We loved being able to walk everywhere without having to worry where to park our car. The apartment is perfect! We especially loved the Arizona Room Balcony (probably called something else in Romania). Everything was great and we would love to stay at Radu's apartment next time we visit Brasov. Absolutely gorgeous town!

The apartment is in a very nice location, not too far from the city centre with a car. Very clean inside, fully furnished with everything you could need including some games, very cozy inside with great heating and comfortable beds. beautiful view from the balconies and great communication with the host, would highly recommend!

Great location, 5-6min walk from the old town. Great to have a dedicated parking spot (you have to open the red gate yourself) and the car away from the main road. The place is very spacious and spotless. Very comfortable and with attention to the little things. Highly recommended, one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had.

Ioana was a good host, very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spatious, nicely organised, with great view over The stadium and big balcony.

I loved this location and will definitely come back. I made the reservation only a few hours before but the hosts were very responsive and I checked in quickly. I found in this apartment absolutely everything I needed. From kitchen utensils, cleaning, every time we had a necessity, it was definitely found somewhere. In addition, it is located in an area of houses with a lot of peace. You have access to a space and outside where you can work peacefully, because you have a table where you can put your laptop and enjoy the fresh air. Overall, a beautiful, quiet experience where I felt like home.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

The house was brand new. Beds and mattresses in bedrooms were super comfortable. All linen and sheets were clean. We had enough towels and a lot of extra facilities that we did not expect to have (for example, razors, cotton buds and pads). Kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed to cook: pots, knives, pans, etc.). It is equipped even with amazing coffee machine and dishwasher. The owner was kind and super helpful man. He was available all the time and ready to help. All our requests were met: Christmas tree, baby bad and even the bad for our dog. And last but not least amazing point about this house that there are chargers for electric cars. Amazing! Thank you!

Very warm and comfortable house. Everything was wonderful for 3 families. The host is responsive and answers all questions at once, if there were any questions, they were immediately resolved. All the furniture is new, a large TV, a chic Christmas tree was provided for the New Year. There is a terrace with a grill area, a large cozy living room for a large group. We really liked everything, I would love to come again!

Modern and very clean apartment, with a beautiful panoramic view! The free car oark at the basement of the building is another plus! ! A massive mall with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We definitely enjoyed our stay . Thank you Cosmin

I really liked it it was cozy and a nice apartment, very clean

The apartment looks very good , the host is responsive , friendly . A few cleaning tools are missing, exactly we had the broom but without the tail and no headlights, too few glasses for water , juice, etc . Missing 2nd hair dryer . The linens are of a poor quality material, the mattresses have no protection , practically all the sheets on the bed are collected under you and you sleep on the mattress . It would be ideal to invest a little in this area!

Since we’re returning there for the 4th time says something about this place…always clean and neat, very close to the downtown, the hosts are always very quick responsive,friendly and helpful , truly a pleasure to be a guest in this gorgeous place.

My wife and I stayed at Florin’s place for two nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment; it is one of our very favorites out of the hundreds we have stayed in over the years! It is very spacious, ultra-modern (I mean space-age appliances, lights and equipment!) and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and secure, underground parking with direct elevator access to the apartment. The apartment was also very clean, well laid out and with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Florin was also an excellent communicator and answered all our queries promptly. We also liked the location as it is away from the main tourist areas. We used Uber ($6.50 each-way) to visit Brasov oldtown as I didn’t want to deal with the drive, parking, etc. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. All-in-all, a perfect place for short or long-term stays.

Not much to say about the place as it's exactly what the description and photos showed. It has all the amenities, it's squeaky clean and well decorated, with a very comfortable bedroom. It's located in a residential complex full of people, with a walkable main street with plenty of stores and good restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very nice and responsive. We had an issue with finding the place (our fault, not the hosts') and they stayed on the phone with us until we found the parking spot and building. The check in is very easy and quick. I can't say many things about the place as it's exactly what is says it is and looks just like in the pictures but it's the most fully furnished airbnb I've been to and the host deserves a 5 star rating just like the place
