Our rustic house is a typical “casa colonica” situated in Corcapolo, nestled in Centovalli a valley in the district of Locarno in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. Corcapolo is a tiny hamlet with a small church and winding footpaths. Nearby are the famous village of Intragna as well as numerous other historic places to visit including Ponte Romano from the 16th century and the cool waters of river Melezza. Within an easy drive are Locarno, Ascona, Lago Maggiore, and even Piedmont, Italy.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Jacky qui était toujours disponible et réactive à nos demandes. Les cadeaux de bienvenue ont été très appréciés. L appartement correspond aux photos, très bonne literie, cuisine tout équipée, terrasse ombragée et vue magnifique. Accès aux chambres par un escalier étroit et raide. Grande cheminée fonctionnelle + chauffage d appoint électrique nécessaire et utile en cas de mauvais temps. Village pittoresque, très paisible, nombreuses promenades. Nous conseillons vivement le restaurant à 2 pas „Le Grotto“. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et vous recommandons cette location.

Judith und Hans waren immer erreichbar und gaben stets schnell Auskunft. Die Kommunikation verlief somit schnell und umkompliziert. Es wurde bei der Ankunft auch nachgefragt, ob alles gut sei. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum - dafür nimmt man auch den Weg dorthin (steilere Treppen) in Kauf ;-) Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank! A presto!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Erich war einfach wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Erich ist ein rundum toller Gastgeber und hat hier eine Oase geschaffen, die seinesgleichen sucht. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn weg wohl in seiner gemütlichen, schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts; die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Von der Wohnung und den Terrassen aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Auf den zwei Sitzplätzen und im Garten gibt es verschiedene, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Lesen, Essen und Träumen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Blumen, Kräuter- und Gemüsegärten, welche Erich liebevoll angelegt hat und pflegt. Zusammengefasst: Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen in absoluter Ruhe. Danke Erich, dass wir bei dir sein durften! Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

La maison de Jenny & Yvan est idéale pour passer quelques jours paisibles et se ressourcer. Belles promenades possibles au départ de la maison, nature environnante est magnifique. La gare de Camedo est à 8 minutes en voiture. Nous en avons profité et fait toute la vallée du Centovalli jusqu'à Domodossola en train, la vue est spectaculaire.
