This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .

Brandon is very kind and always willing to answer questions. He really likes feedback but we did not have any issues! Great location for companies working on projects close by. The house looks like the photos. It was clean and we had no issues getting to or from the house. Instructions were clear. We will be using this again!

Wishing we could have stayed many days instead of one……We were sad to say goodbye to Marilyns lovely cottage nestled in the countryside!!! It was lovely inside and out, peaceful and cozy with a luxurious bed & our fav percale sheets to rest beautifully in!! Details were so thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, we cannot wait to return!!! Many Thanks again dear Marilyn for all your kindness and hospitality!

Edmunds place was great for over the holidays. He was very quick to respond when anything came up and it was a conveniently located house for all of my travels during the stay. The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful as well. Also there's a dog park that's a quick walk away so a great bonus if you have dogs!

Beth is very responsive and easy to reach. She is always willing to discuss and troubleshoot any concerns. She genuinely cares about the comfort and safety of her guests. She arranges for ongoing upkeep and cleaning of her property. This is an old house with extensive renovations and upgrades and extension, that gives it a classic feel with modern amenities. Great water pressure and hot water in the showers. Great kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Very well suited for longer term rental and those who enjoy cooking.
