The charging path just outside stretches all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

We have a dining room with room for 9 people and a large porch with a gas grill. Associated garden, as well as parking in own driveway. The beds are 180x210, 150x200 with loft bed over 140x200, family bunk 120x200 and 90x200 There will be a shuttle bus from Ranheim to Granåsen with Atb during the World Cup

Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Nyt fantastisk panoramautsikt i nydelig renovert leilighet. Vi leier ut en separat leilighet i hele 2.etg og loft. Leiligheten er en del av en tomannsbolig med overblikk over hele Ranheim. Det er sol fra morgen til kveld, og har to flotte terrasser man kan benytte. Stedet er både landlig og sentralt, på den ene siden kort vei til marka og flotte rekreasjonsmuligheter, og på den andre siden ti minutt fra Trondheim sentrum. I 2.etg er det to soverom, på loftet er det et soverom og sovesofa på stue

Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.

Apartment (basement) located centrally in Charlottenlund, in a quiet and beautiful area of Trondheim. The metro bus connection is only a short walk from the apartment, and takes you directly to the city center in 13 minutes. Sushi and burger restaurant "Sabrura", as well as one of Trondheim's best pizza places "Pizzapizza" a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

My husband and I recently rented a fantastic apartment through Airbnb, and I have to say it was an incredible experience! As soon as we got out of the car, we were greeted by a spectacular view of the sea. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The apartment was in top condition and spotless. I really appreciate cleanliness, and here it was impossible to find any dust - everything was brilliantly clean and nice. The hosts were also amazing and always available if we had any questions. I also have to mention the bed - it was so comfortable that I would have liked to take it home with me! I have a fantastic continental bed at home, but this was really something special. I give this experience 6 stars! When I return to Trondheim, I know exactly who I want to contact again. Would highly recommend!

We were on a stopover of a longer Scandinavian tour and wanted to explore Trondheim. This was very easy from this location thanks to the good bus connection. The advantage over a neighborhood directly in Trondheim is the tranquility and proximity to the water. Apart from the price, the city would have been much more expensive.
