Good clean house and neatly maintained

Really felt like home. we were visiting a few family members and this property is very close to other family members. it's very clean, spacious for a group of 4 with all the utilities. Definitely will consider for our future stays.

Apartment was clean tidy and as described. Very airy with lots of natural lighting! AC worked as expected in both bedrooms. Washing machine and laundry detergent too provided! About 2 kms to us consulate. There is a grocery shop nearby if you need to buy milk, tea leaf, etc. Swiggy delivery within 20-30 mins from some restaurants in the area. Outside the old city - so travel to the city takes time with hyd traffic.

The host at Stayrich hotel went out of the way to woo us after a hiccup with parking and extra bed fiasco. However they made up with nice gesture of refunding money and gifting us with sweets. The place is pleasant to stay with worth the price for the amenities. The host and caretaker are good people. If you have a vehicle to park, it's a tough job. There is very little space for parking. Overall a value for money place but don't expect anything fancy.

Had a pleasant stay of 13nights. Felt like staying at home, even though we are not familiar with regional language or Hindi. The host helped us with English language and supported us, very responsible and the house help also immediately available on call. I strongly recommend any new comers to Hyderabad and they shall avail accommodation with great care and safe environment with easy access to shop and restaurants. Also, weekly Friday Evening there will be a big vegetable cart market.

This Airbnb was exactly as shown in the photos. clean tidy with all necessary amenities with a neat kitchen setup. It was a good experience and felt like home for our stay. AMAZING HOME 🏡 Gr8 stay!

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

Awesome place! Central to lot of attractions. Just a short walk to Botanical Garden. Mornings and Evenings are a pure bliss!

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.
