Our outdoor space features a hot tub, bonfire pit (Solo Stove), picnic table, lounge seating, and a charcoal grill. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, a wood-burning stove, a lofted space with a TV, games, puzzles galore, and a cozy sherpa couch. We have a desk for remote work and A+ WIFI. The Sandy River and miles of trails are mere steps from your door. We do have neighbors!

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Our cozy modern dog-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 kids. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!
