Shaded terrace with BBQ and sunbeds in extensive garden. In winter: fireplace with wood. Two bikes available. Sheets + towels provided. My cat Gaspard, will be on site. We , check-in possible from Friday morning and stay until Sunday PM.

Exposed beams, tiles, contemporary decoration, works of art from all over the world, large living room of 50m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lively and commercial area, all transport nearby. Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80cm x 190cm). Please note: there is no elevator.

A barn of 85 m² refurbished in 2022 with all comforts will be perfect for your weekends/family holidays (1 double bed 160*200 possibility 1 baby bed). Great for a couple with kids. Maximum of two adults. Park/Pool/pétanque/swings/trampoline/board games/children's sand/hammock, Remote working wifi, Netflix Smart TV... All shops a few kilometers away. Parties/pro photos/Shooting/Ceremonies/Pets not allowed. No additional visitors.
