Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. Very close to Paris (25km) with direct access by RER B! (7 minutes walk) or by car (free parking). Located in Saint Rémy lès Chevreuse, on the edge of the forest, the small house offers accommodation with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, sauna, garden, petanque court, children's games and WiFi. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort in summer and winter.

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.
