The stay was beautiful! Just as described. All the furnitures and the decor would quite literally transport you back in time. The building was super pretty and gave us a proper old Calcutta feels. My mother really enjoyed her time here and managed to get some amazing pictures. The location is a prime one and some of the most ivonic restaurants like Peter Cat, Mocambo and Flurys are just a ten minute walk away. Had a wonderful experience here, thank you hosts!

I've run out of words to compliment Sonu, but my repeated reservations at Tatvam is testament to the fact that she's one of, if not, THE best Host in Kolkata. Sonu always goes out of her way to ensure a splendid stay that feels right at home!

Lakshmi’s place was the perfect home away from home. The apartment is spacious has two very comfortable bedrooms and hall and kitchen. The location is just perfect close to the EM bypass and all main locations in So Calcutta are close by. Yet it is off the beaten path and secluded. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony with a nice view. Lakshmi was a great host - very responsive from the get go. She attended to some minor issues promptly and was very flexible about by check in. I arrived very early in the morning and it was as smooth as it can be. Pronoy da the watchman is super helpful and courteous. I got locked out once (my mistake) and he lent me money to grab tea and snacks at the store while Lakshmi Swiggyed the spare key. Overall a 5 star experience - like I said the location is perfect! Would definitely recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is situated at a very good location i.e., it is well connected but also secluded at the same time. All amenities are available in the property making it a perfect stay with family or friends. The host is very responsive and cooperative. Overall, my parents and I had a lovely stay in the property.

Kasturi is an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Property was extremely clean and spacious. All the amenities provided are exactly as listed and were in perfectly working condition. Very conveniently located with lots of restaurants, Coffee shops, Jodhpur Bazar, grocery stores all within walkable distance. Even the South city Mall is within 10/ 12 minutes walk from this BNB. Maid Service was excellent. Altogether we had a very pleasant stay at Kasturi’s BNB and would plan our future stays at this property.

Great Stay in the heart of the city. Extremely responsive and proactive host in Subhas. Subhas sir was very friendly and went out of the way to receive us in very odd hours, and also allowed us to stay for more time. His knowledge about Calcutta and the culture and his local food knowledge is incomparable. OVerall great stay in Kolkata, and I highly recommend stay with Subha's sir's place

I had a great time at Mimo's nest. This is situated conveniently and has a very peaceful environment. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and has all requisite amenities. The hosts are welcoming & helpful and non intrusive at the same time. I had a great experience and would love to stay again in the future.

Niladri ji was very helpful and responsive. The place is located in lush green area and in the prime location of Kolkata.

It was a good experience staying at the home. Everything went smoothly kitchen Utensils can be upgraded like big and small spoons, small bowels, and atleast a set of cups For bathroom if wipes and mop stick can be upgraded if possible a small washing machine for those who stay longer but overall it's was a wholesome and good experience thank k you

It was a wonderful experience staying at Debjani Ma'am’s place. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. If you're looking to escape the noise and chaos of the city, this is the perfect getaway. The location is very private, and Debjani Aunty was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. While the place is a bit far from the main city, reaching it is not a problem at all—Uber and the metro make commuting easy and convenient. Plus, all major delivery apps work seamlessly here. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely love to visit again!

I was looking for a bigger property that would fulfil my needs for my guests to stay who had come from out of station, and I wanted to organise a small get together as well in the property. This property came to my rescue at the right time. Firstly, I was able to book this property at 4 in the morning, IST since the hosts were extremely responsive. Secondly, my guests and I were taken care of with ease and no hassles. The hosts were very cooperative and proactive to help me in any way, whatsoever. I would always recommend this property to anyone, who’s visiting Kolkata and has a need to stay in a peaceful locality away from the urban frivolities and hustle. The place is located in the heart of South Kolkata, and can be easily navigated from any corners of Kolkata.

Ravi is an amazing host and was very helpful and responded to all our calls. Mintu da was also very well mannered and made sure the guest feel completely at ease. The place was very well maintained and clean. The hosts make sure that all needs of the guests are taken care of and are true gentlemen. I highly recommend this place for families and solo travelers as it is close to many places of interest and local commute is very easy. I will surely book this place everytime I need a place to stay for a few days in Kolkata.

It is a true gem, right in the heart of Kolkata yet so quiet and peaceful. The amenities met and/or exceeded our expectations. The owner and the communicator/s were extremely caring and always eager to help out. Benoy, the attendant had been sweet, kind and helpful in every single way. It felt like home. The 408 is a beautiful apartment with expansive rooms, thoughtfully curated interiors, user friendly appliances with a gentle undercurrent of homely warmth. The surroundings are shaded with greenery and we woke up to the sound of birds chirping. It was blissful. We hope to return to Shounak's place again.
