On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The cottage is located on the lake with direct access to the beach. Water bikes, boats and bicycles are available. A large gazebo with a barbecue kitchen and a smokehouse by the lake. There is a sauna and a banya on site, as well as a rental of tourist bicycles and quads. We accept payment by tourist vouchers

In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a boat, a water bike, a 10x5m swimming pool (open from June to September).
