Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a small bbq & firepit. WiFi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!

Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.

This place is really great for a peaceful relaxing fishing vacation. The house is very nice, clean and furnished well. Large backyard with a nice long pier. The lights on the pier worked well and allowed for some nice nighttime fishing. Only about 15 minutes into town which has a Walmart and so.e nice restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was Good we catch lots of fish and the family really enjoy it , Only thing be READY! for mosquitoes is crazy but not something that would hold to go back in the future , also the bunk room was full of mosquitoes and wasp needed to spray couple times so we couldn’t use it the first day.

Suzanne was an amazing host. Very responsive. I stayed for over a month. Had everything I needed and very close to downtown. She put a lot of effort into a lot of the little touches around house. I was very comfortable my entire stay.

A modern kitchen features dark cabinetry and light granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and oven, are visible. Natural light filters through a window, illuminating the area. A subtle decorative element, such as a mint-colored kitchen accessory, enhances the space.
