In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, laundry, playground and outpatient clinic. Public transportation is available 25 meters from the apartment, connecting the cities between Avilés and Piedras Blancas, passing through Salinas.

The apartment is less than 15 minutes walking on a beautiful wooded path to the beach of Salinas, very close to the city of Aviles about 3 kms and the international airport of Asturias is 10 minutes by car. A charming little house in a good location to explore the Asturian coast. Recently renovated, with a fireplace. Quiet area but good connection by national road and highway. A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.
