The entire house is for your group only, with a private swimming pool, parking inside the house fence, quiet atmosphere, safe, and easy to get around. We will change the bed sheets and towels and clean every 7 days. No parties or loud noise after 10 pm. No smoking in the house. Please smoke outside only. This price does not include electricity, which is 5 baht per unit. If you turn on the air conditioner only when you sleep, it should be around 50-70 baht per night per bedroom. When you arrive, we will take a photo of the electricity meter. And on the day of check-out, we will calculate the electricity usage and you will pay us.

We would 1000% come back and stay at Velawarin. We are sad that we only had one night in Ubon, but absolutely loved our stay. The building itself is gorgeous, the neighborhood peaceful, and wonderful staff. Our host, Bee, went above and beyond to welcome us and to help us make the most out of our stay. He even coordinated scooter drop offs at the hotel for us to rent, and gave us to-go drinks and snacks when we had to leave before breakfast was served at the hotel due to our flight. If we are ever in Ubon again, this stay will be our choice.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay at for a quick or longer visit to Ubon Ratchathani. Spacious, clean and perfect for a family of five. A big masters bedroom, a medium sized room and a smaller one which is bigger than what the picture shows. Warayan was incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed help and had it resolved within an hour. We were provided towels, shampoo and body gel. You can also find chips, water and ice as well, which made our enjoyment only better!

A spacious communal area is showcased, featuring a long table covered with a white tablecloth. Wooden benches line the table, surrounded by large windows that provide views of the lush outdoors. Soft natural light filters through, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Really enjoyed this place. Peaceful place in the quiet countryside. One of the most friendly, pleasant and helpful hosts ever who always went the extra mile. Coffee available and host on site who was very patient with us! A short drive into the city for the best of both worlds. Hope we get to go back one day.
