Had a great stay! Raghu was super friendly and gave clear instructions. Caretaker-Varsha was very helpful throughout. The room was clean, kitchen fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We stayed for 5 days in a 1BHK, and it truly felt like home. We had a kid with us, and since the essential kitchen utensils and a cooking stove were available, we could cook our own meals. The rooms were clean and well-ventilated, with two balconies(one for washing machine). There are many eateries within walking distance, and it’s easily accessible from the main road, with convenient access to Uber, food delivery, and grocery apps. The host, Pallavi was proactive and friendly. The caretaker, Swapna, was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Hyderabad. I would highly recommend this place, especially for famiy traveling with kids. Though we didn't use the parking. there is some space to park a few vehicles inside the premises.

Overall it’s a nice stay

It is a home stay worth every penny with all the amenities. Would recommend for a team gathering with lots to do in and around the city.

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the BMS guest house. Our host, Mohammed, was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent guidance throughout our visit. The guest house was impeccably clean and delightfully pleasant, situated in the heart of Hyderabad.

Well where do I begin. The place is immaculate. It is much much better than it looks in the pictures. Very aesthetic and very beautifully decorated. The location is very easy to find and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is one of the best BnBs that I have ever been to. What should I say about the Host - he was so welcoming, it felt like home. He shared everything in detail and that helped throughout the stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was very considerate about everything. These are the kind of Hosts that actually live the spirit of Airbnb. Overall had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Extra services that my family and kids loved - PS5, home cooked meals, cab service from airport and daily free housekeeping .

This was literally a home away from home for me. From 14 days to 24 days extension we had no issues at all. The owner is so friendly that you can have a conversation and hang out with them as friends. Any time we asked or requested anything it was done. Gaurav went out of his way to make us feel at home and was always just a message away. The house is beautiful with a very relaxed vibe. It was cool throughout and didn't need to switch on the ac during the day. It is very accessible with a convenient car parking. The surroundings are calm and there is no noise around. It's just about the main road so there is no traffic outside the house. It's a perfect place for all types of people. My parents were full of praise for the superb experience. Looking forward to a stay once again soon
