You can rest with the whole family in this house with low ceilings. Note: No parties!! It is possible to rent a sauna (50€ day) for an additional fee. Hot tub as well for extra charge (60€ day). For the immersion barrel, it is necessary to say 24h in advance if there is a desire to use! The stairs both upstairs and downstairs have safety gates. Grill on the deck, charcoal please bring your own! Family people live in the same yard, about 50m away! We ask that you respect the quiet hours! Quiet hours 23:00-8:00!

Around the corner of the house there is a Maxima grocery store, open seven days a week from 8.00-22.00, a little further along the same street there is a 24-hour shop «Sikupilli Prisma», a large Kadriorg park with museums, a promenade by the sea.
