We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. The nearly 1000 sq. ft. space boasts a galley kitchen open to the living room where the couch pulls out to a queen bed. On the inside you'll find radiant floor heating, individual room controlled air conditioning, a full kitchen featuring hickory cabinets, granite countertops including a dishwasher. You will also find two king size beds in private bedrooms, a sleeper loveseat, full size bathroom and a full size washer and dryer! No pets allowed.

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Come and relax in this hillside view cabin, lots of space to stretch out. Enjoy the spacious porch with a gas grill, table and chairs and hottub. If your into staying indoors, there are plenty of things to entertain yourself with, such as games, playing cards, puzzles, crosswords and books. If your feeling a little adventurous, then hike in the caves of Hocking hills which are within a 10 min drive. When your ready to call it a day, crawl into the cozy queen size bed!

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

Welcome to Creekside Haven! Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

The historic Dean William A. Lewis house moved from its original site in the 1970's to its current location. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Main Street in Jackson Ohio between McDonald’s and Autozone. This is an 1890 farmhouse we have restored keeping as much original as possible.
