The community is in the middle of Rawai Beach, 100 meters from Rawai Beach and the nearest Top's convenience store, which is a 3-minute walk away. Life is very convenient! Nearby massage shops, restaurants, exchange points, fruit stalls, travel agencies, McDonald's, hairdressers, motorcycle rental shops, seafood shops... you name it! It's a great place to stay for your vacation in Phuket, 1 km from Rawai Pier and Rawai Seafood Market. We encourage energy conservation. Turn off the air conditioning, close the doors and windows, and turn off the lights when you are not at home. The electricity bill is very low if you don't waste electricity.
