This apartment is located really well, super close to the beach and restaurants. There is a 24hrs shop down stairs which always helps. The apartment had everything that you would need from appliances to utilities. We could even wash and dry our clothes. Charlotte who has assisting with everything spoke excellent English and was super responsive.

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is great! Excellent location between Copacabana and Ipanema, secure building. The apartment is aesthetic and comfortable, no complaints! The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Would love to stay again next time we’re in Rio.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

This place we had in Rio exceeded all our expectations. Amazing apartment, definitely worth the money. Luke is a great host, professional, attentive, accommodating. He gave us a lot of recommendations, regularly checked with us to make sure everything is ok and was flexible with our check-out time. A fantastic host.

O apartamento é bastante confortável e bem decorado, exatamente como nas fotos. Ótima localização, pertinho da praia, com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares, açaí, além da padaria logo na esquina. E o ponto de taxi na esquina é bastante útil também. O único ponto negativo é que os sofás-cama são bastante duros e desconfortáveis. No geral, uma ótima opção para curtir Ipanema.

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!

Além disso o condomínio é super familiar, com informações claras e boa comunicação entre os funcionários. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e maior que o esperado. Fica bem próximo da Olegario que tem exatamente os melhores bares, restaurantes e tudo que você precisa como: mercado, padaria, academia… Gostei bastante e nem queria ir embora kkk com certeza voltarei. Alexandre er simpelthen den perfekte vært, altid behjælpelig før under og selv efter check outs. Selve lejligheden var der intet at sætte en finger på. Alt var perfekt, fra rengøring til indcheckning samt udcheckning. Den ligger stort set ned til stranden så beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Jeg nød mine små 14 dage der og kommer med stor sandsynlighed tilbage

Stayed with two friends and it was perfect! We loved having the washing machine and kitchen. Only complaint is the windows are not 100% sound proof and the street is a bit loud, but otherwise the apartment is lovely. Very walkable to the beach and many restaurants!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !

Simone y su equipo estuvieron siempre pendiente de nosotros. Hicimos una solicitud y nos atendieron en minutos. El apartamento bellísimo súper cómodo y lleno todas nuestras expectativas y mas. Pequeños detalles que hacen diferencia con ellos. Lo recomiendo 100% si quieres una estadía tranquila en Barra. Las toallas Y sábanas olían muy bien. Había algunas cosas para ayudarte a cocinar (aceite, sal, café, azúcar). En fin nos sentimos como en casa
