Very rich apartment, with spectacular view and very well equipped. The quincho and jacuzzi on the terrace totally reflect what you see in the photos. The apartment is very comfortable to go with the family and with children, with very spacious spaces. Carla was an excellent host, always attentive to any need or question from us.

The view of the place is incredible! I think it lacks heating, we went in May, we had cold days and we were a little cold, although afterwards they provided us with a stove, it was not enough for all the rooms and we could not sleep with that stove on. The rest is excellent.

A very good place to rest, private environment and beach access, good facilities and a 10/10 view for rest and relaxation. Maria is very helpful and everything worked perfectly, highly recommended for couples or 4 people who will be very comfortable in this place

The cabin is very cozy, the place is beautiful. A privileged view, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Really, a nice, comfortable and peaceful experience. more than recommended. In fact, we are thinking of returning in the near future. Do you want a beautiful and quiet place? This is definitely a spectacular option. Also Jeko was very friendly, very easy to communicate with. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Perfect apartment for one or two people. 4 would be fairer, but also. All very clean, modern and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable to be there. Good location, close to Av Valparaiso with all its shops. Subway and micros right in front of the building. The height of the apartment gives it a nice view.

The place is very conveniently located, just so you know, to get to the mall you have to go down some fairly long stairs. Everything was impeccable, the heating wasn't working and he bought one so we wouldn't be cold.

Everything was excellent! From the comfort of the apartment, the location and that magnificent view with the seagulls flying around that captivates you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela was always very friendly and attentive to my questions, we'll be back!

Carlos was an excellent host, I was late and he already had everything coordinated so that they could receive me, the apartment was in excellent condition, the location was great! I don't hesitate to come back on a next stroll!
