We offer this accommodation located on the 1st floor without lift 900 m from the city center with these different shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, supermarket, ect...). An Intermarché and its gas station are a 4-minute drive away. The train station is 600 m to go to Paris for example or to get to Disney via bus. The A4 highway, Super U, Mac Donald are 6 min away. Disney 13 min away via the A4. Parc des félins/Terre de Singes 24 min away. Parrot World, immersive animal park 5 min away.

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
