Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

Lhene and Boyet were excellent hosts, very responsive, caring about their guests, very hands-on. They catered to our whim of extending our beach tour. They are locals so they have the help of the community, and knowledge of the geography. Boyet joined the beach trip, and lent us proper snorkels, goggles, and life vests. He went fishing while we swam on the beach. He would have taught us if we had time. The tiny house is beautiful and nicely decorated. We loved the dipping pool and spent more time there than indoors. We would go back for the beach and fishing and more, one day.

I wish I have a place like this…I really love it…the villa was very clean and very private. The view of the rice field outside the window is awesome. The dipping pool is also clean. Wifi is super strong. The aircons in both rooms are functioning real well. There are available condiments in the kitchen. Towels, shampoo and liquid bath soap are also provided. The host and co-hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Responded to my numerous queries and even allowed us to check out late without additional charge! We will definitely go back soon! "We had a great stay atRegina's Place in Laiya, Batangas! The house was beautifully designed and perfectly located near the beach. The views were stunning, and the ambiance was relaxing. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive to our needs. However, we noticed area for improvement: - There was no kitchen hood, which made cooking a bit challenging with all the smoke and smells. Despite these issue, we still had a wonderful time at Regina's Place. We loved the beachfront location, the comfortable rooms, the lovely lady caretakers, and the peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Laiya, Batangas, Regina's Place is a great option. "

We were so pleased to discover that the place is right on the beachfront. It truly felt like we had the entire property to ourselves, which was a delightful surprise. We found the place to be very clean, quiet, and peaceful – it's definitely a perfect spot for anyone looking for some tranquility. Just a note for future guests that the cellular phone signal can be limited during the day due to the remote island location, but it tends to improve in the evening, base from my experience. Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay for Large Groups! We had an amazing time at this house from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. The ventilation is well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by trees, making it perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The lagoon adds a lovely touch to the scenery, and we enjoyed spotting bantam chickens in the mornings. The resident Jack Russell, Mini Pinscher, and French Bulldog brought extra charm to the area. The caretaker even gifted us a pickled cucumber, which was a delightful surprise. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!
