Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Newly built villa. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool. 10 adults can comfortably share our 5 double bedrooms, pluss up to 3 kids/teens in one convertable couch for two and one convertable chair. Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Lovely Apartment With Views Of Golf Course

Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Casa Picasso is a lovely house with beautiful outdoor surroundings including private swimming pool, barbecue and canopy. It is centrally located in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, which is a beautiful area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets nearby. By car, it is a 12-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura, which are usually considered the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. Aquapark Rojales and La Marquesa golf club are also very close.

Gemütliches Haus mit privatem Pool abseits von Lärm und Hektik. Das Haus ist freistehend, neben dem Haus ist sein eigenes Gebiet, wo es einen Swimmingpool (6*3 Meter) und ein Erholungsgebiet und Esszimmer. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
