The apartment for up to 5 people is located in the idyllic, small village of Brockum between the Stemweder Berg and the Dümmersee. The apartment with private entrance, connects to the old part of the former farm (kitchen-living room, double room, single room, private entrance area + bathroom and garden use). Bicycles are available (for a fee), as well as large parking spaces and storage facilities for motorcycles. Dogs are always welcome guests with us.

There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each, 180 cm together), in the living room a 140 cm wide sofa bed with cold foam topper ensures a good night's sleep. The terrace with table, chairs and grill invites you to linger. Lake Dümmer is a 20-minute walk away. Note: A railway line runs right next to the apartment.
